Silvie Zámečník

Silvie Zámečník is a businesswoman by heart and soul, with extensive international experience, boasting more than 20 years in the hotel and tourism industry, including 12 years in Spain. She began her journey there as a delegate and worked her way up to top management in a prestigious hotel network in Spain. Since then, she has never stopped pursuing her passion for the art of hospitality and a focus on delivering the best customer experience.

She completed her university studies in Spain at the Universitat de Barcelona, specializing in Spanish philology and literature. Subsequently, she worked in renowned 4* and 5* hotels (such as Hotel Sofía 5* in Barcelona, Villa Padierna Marbella 5*, and others), where she was responsible for implementing the highest hotel standards and ensuring service quality. Upon returning to Brno, she became the Business Director of Barceló Brno Palace Hotel, which, under her leadership, became the only certified 5* hotel in South Moravia at the time. Since then, she has been involved in consultancy work in business development, hotel renovations, marketing, and business strategies. Simultaneously, she is completing her doctoral studies at Mendel University in Brno, where she is a supervisor for the field of hotel management, teaches, and engages in publishing activities.

Silvie is an inspirational person, optimistic and determined, always wearing a smile. She views obstacles as challenges and embraces them wholeheartedly. She spends her free time with her daughter, traveling, at the gym, or dedicated to personal development, which is a lifelong priority for her.
